This is FinancialHUB 2024 update. First of all, thank you SO much for downloading this template. it’s my little joy and pride — I use it myself everyday.
First, I have couple of suggestions for you. Even though I update it every year because Notion keeps updating (yay for us!), the template itself is in buttons in case you want to keep using the same every year — but separate it per year.
You can also use multiple currencies at a time — specially for people living abroad (like me).
The first thing you want to do is choose your currency and press one of the buttons! In case your currency template is not ready, don’t worry, it will take you 5m to set it up. Skip to this part of the instruction.
You can start using your template right away by clicking in one of the quick action buttons. The entire system is very intuitive even if you’re new to Notion. To access the buttons, click on the arrow beside “⚡QUICK ACTIONS⚡” on the top left of the screen.
These actions are also available for quick use on the “Finances today” page that you can add as a widget on your phone. Read more
→ Remember, you can zoom in and out of the page to see more / less! Do this by typing on your keyboard cmd/ctrl + to zoom in, cmd/ctrl - to zoom out and cmd/ctrl + 0 to reset the zoom.
To dd a new account, access ⚡quick actions⚡ on your template and click on one of the account types.
If the account type you want to use isn’t available as a preset, just choose any and change the type on the page that opens.
All information regarding that account will automatically be loaded into that page.
